The 3rd stage of internal final person-team chess tournament among the strongest chess teams of Russian financial companies, residents of the Russian Federation took place in Moscow. To by which the strongest representatives and the best teams in chess game have been defined. Khokhlov Oleg Borisovich, co-worker of Planning and Economic Department of Gaztechleasing, Ltd took the first place in the Tournament among financial companies (excluding banks and insurance companies).

The chess Tournament for the Cup of the financial world is held in order to promote chess among employees of financial companies and to determine the strongest chess players in the financial world.

As part of Gaztechleasing, LTD's project to lease to Moscow Inland Navigation Company, OJSC (�� Moskovskoye rechnoye parohodstvo) three RST-25 self-propelled oil tankers, Nobel Shipyard, Ltd has conducted in Rybinsk (Yaroslavl Region) a launch of the first tanker from the lot of RST-25 vessels.

The vessel was laid down in December 2010. RST-25 tanker is designed to meet all international requirements. The RST-25 project vessel is an entirely new type of river-marine tankers having a higher environmental safety class and enhanced automation. The vessel meets the size requirements of Volga-Don Ship Canal and Volga-Baltic Waterway.

Gaztechleasing, LTD and Bank of Moscow, OJSC have signed a loan agreement to open a credit line for an amount of 16.3 bn RUR to purchase rail media, including low-sided cars, covered trucks, flat wagons, tank-cars for their subsequent leasing to carrier company Spetsenergotrans, CJSC. This is the largest loan ever provided in the history of cooperation between Gaztechleasing, LTD and Bank of Moscow, OJSC, which started in 2003.

Gaztechleasing, LTD concluded a framework Agreement on cooperation with the Non-commercial Partnership Self-regulated organization Oil and Gas Complex Builder Association. The agreement provides for individual service conditions for the members of the Partnership, namely: new lease mechanisms (investment leasing), flexible equipment lease terms (advance payment from 0%, flexible leasing payments, simplified requirements for submitted documents) and the express review of applications, faster delivery of leased equipment and other benefits.

On the 6th of September 2011 a ceremonial laying of two tankers under the RST-25 project for Moscow River Transport Company JSC has taken place at Lotus shipyard. The tankers will be delivered to Moscow River Transport Company JSC under the leasing program by Gaztechleasing, currently acting as the customer. Tankers of this project are designed to transport crude oil and petroleum products. The launching of both tankers is scheduled before end of 2012. The value of the contract on construction of two tankers is 1 billion 40 million rubles.

The right to attach symbolic signs onto the central section of future vessels is granted to Alexander Zhilkin, the Governor of the Astrakhan Region, Viktor Dmitriev, Deputy General Director of Moscow River Transport Company JSC, Alexander Klykanov, the President of the Duma of the Astrakhan region and Konstantin Kazachenko, Deputy General Director of Gaztechleasing, LTD.

Reference RST-25 tanker of 140 m length, designed by Marine engineering bureau to meet international requirements for the transportation of petroleum products, will become the flagship of the upgrading oil Fleet of the Russian Federation. Tanker RST-25 is an entirely new class of "river-sea" vessels with a high environmental security and automation. It is equipped with six cargo tanks. The tanker is designed to transport crude oil and petroleum products including gasoline, with no limit as for the fire point, ensuring the carriage of goods by maintaining the temperature of 50�C. The tanker has the capacity to carry simultaneously two different kinds of goods.

The vessel is fully consistent with international requirements for the transportation of petroleum products, meets the dimensions of the Volga-Don Canal and the Volga-Baltic sea-route.

The hull of the head oil tanker of RST25 project was rolled out to the stocks at Shipyard of brothers Nobel. The tanker has a dead weight at sea / in river - 6610/5130 tons respectively and meets high environmental standards. The tanker of RST25 project was designed in compliance with the special requirements of Russian and international oil companies as well as the environmental requirements of Russian River Register EKO 3. The said vessel of RST25 project is being constructed under the agreement on sale between Shipyard of brothers Nobel LLC and Gaztechleasing, LTD for subsequent lease to Moscow River Transport Company JSC.

Gaztechleasing, LTD concluded a contract on the purchase of three self-propelled oil tankers of ST25 project for subsequent lease of the tankers to Moscow River Transport Company JSC. Construction of the vessels will be performed on the site of the seller, Shipyard of brothers Nobel LLC, located in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region.
