About us

The main business of the Company is the provision of leasing services (financial leasing). The key Company’s consumers are OAO Gazprom, Gazprom Group’s gas-transmission and gas-producing enterprises and subsidiaries which 100% ultimate beneficial owner is Gazprom and key Gazprom’s contractors and third-party lessees.

Gaztechleasing, LTD leases the widest range of assets. The leasing portfolio includes ready-to-operate equipment (railroad rolling stocks, automotive and road construction vehicles, oil-and-gas equipment, avionics equipment, machinery, office hardware, instrumentation, office equipment and etc.), equipment requiring assembly (block-module boiler houses, module-built diesel power plants, module type prefabricated buildings, various systems: conditioning, video surveillance and access control, fire suppression and alarm, uninterruptable power supply and other equipment complexes including the module-made ones) and immovables (buildings and structures, sea- and river craft, aircraft). Today, we implement projects of leasing assets to commission in future (NGV-refueling compressor stations). We currently have 33 thousand assets under lease. The Company’s portfolio mainly consists of medium-term 3-5 year contracts, but it tends to have more strategic contracts of more than 10 years. For further information, see Market Position.
